Here are the best 4G data plans you can avail in May 2017 from Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and BSNL.

The mood in India's telecom sector may be relatively placid these days, but that doesn't mean there is no competition. It's just that the telecom service providers — Reliance Jio, Vodafone, Bharti Airtel, Idea and BSNL — are continuing most of the 4G data plans and offers into this month.

Here are the best 4G data tariff plans you can avail in June 2017:

Reliance Jio
Dhan Dhana Dhan plan, which was introduced in March this year after Jio Summer Surprise offer was withdrawn, is still in place and will end only by the end of this month. This 4G data plan for pre-paid subscribers offers unlimited data at 4G speed for 84GB with a daily FUP of 1GB (unlimited data at 128kbps post 1GB usage), free voice call to subscribers of all telecom operators (local, STD and roaming), and unlimited SMS (local STD and roaming) at Rs 309. It is valid for 84 days, which means it will end this month.

On the other hand, the Rs 509 4G data plan offers unlimited data at 4G speed for 128GB with a daily FUP of 2GB (unlimited data at 128kbps post 2GB usage), free voice call to subscribers of all telecom operators (local, STD and roaming) and unlimited SMS (local STD and roaming). It is valid for 84 days, which means it will end this month.

For post-paid subscribers, Rs 309 4G data plan is good as it offers 4G speed for 90GB besides other benefits enjoyed by the pre-paid users for the same amount. It's the same with Rs 509 plan except for 180GB data at 4G speed.

Bharti Airtel
The telecom operator still continues its previous data plans. The Rs 244 4G plan for pre-paid subscribers offers 1GB of 4G data per day for 70 days and unlimited Airtel-to-Airtel calls (local and STD) with a daily cap of 300 minutes and 1200 minutes per week, after which 10 paise will be charged per minute. The Rs 345 4G plan offers the same benefits except that it offers 2GB of 4G data for 28 days.

It may be noted that post-paid subscribers can avail 30GB of free data, plus other benefits enjoyed by pre-paid users for the same amount.

Pre-paid subscribers can opt for the Rs 352 4G plan. It offers 1GB of 4G data per day or 56GB of data for 56 days, besides unlimited local and STD calls with a cap of 300 minutes per day and 1,200 minutes per week. It may be noted that SMS in not free under this plan.

Rs 348 plan offers 1GB of 4G data per day (28GB data) for 28 days. It also comes with unlimited voice call and SMS (both local and STD) to any network across India. However, only users with 4G-enabled SIM card and 4G handsets can avail this offer.

BSNL

BSNL
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is offering 2GB of 4G data daily for 28 days to its pre-paid subscribers under Rs 339 plan. It also offer unlimited voice call within the same network.
